Getting There:
Directions: I-94, exit 171 to Washington Memorial Dr.

Shuttles:

• The Kelly Inn is providing complimentary shuttle service to and from the St. Cloud airport for our event. Call the hotel from the airport and tell them you're with the North American Elk Breeders.
• The Radisson offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the St. Cloud airport. Call ahead to notify them of your arrival time, or call from the phone at the airport.
• The Holiday Inn provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the St. Cloud airport and the Civic Center.
• Shuttle to and from Minneapolis airport: See below, under "Flying."

Flying:With service by Northwest Airlink/Mesaba Airlines, the St. Cloud Regional Airport offers round-trip service daily with six arrivals and departures from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. If you fly Northwest and ask for the fly-local program, the round-trip fare from Minneapolis to St. Cloud is a $30-$40 add-on to the Northwest fare to Minneapolis, if at least 21 days' notice is given. St. Cloud is 65 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul, so attendees may want to consider flying to Minneapolis and renting a car or booking a shuttle with Executive Express, (320) 253-2226. A round-trip fare from the Minneapolis airport to the Kelly Inn or Radisson is $66. (Advance reservations, with at least 2 working days' notice, are required, guaranteed with Mastercard or VISA.)

Tradeshow:Reserve a booth by July 7. Call (888) 431-3605 or (816) 431-3605 to book a space or for more information. Single booth, $350 (U.S.); double booth, $500 (U.S.); includes one lunch ticket for August 4 and for August 6.

The North Central Antler Competition will be held at the St. Cloud Civic Center on August 3 and 4, so the tradeshow will begin at 1:00 p.m. on August 3 and run through August 6. Attendance for both events is expected to total over 600, making this tradeshow a great opportunity to exhibit your product or service.

Booth setup will be 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 3, but exhibitors can set up as late as Saturday afternoon if they wish.

Volunteers Needed: Many volunteers are needed to assist judges and to move antler. If you would like to help for a few hours during the international competition, please call the NAEBA office by August 1 so that a schedule can be compiled.

Sponsors Needed: Contact the NAEBA office if you are interested in sponsoring the Sunday continental breakfast ($2,000), a coffee break ($400), or the social after the Saturday banquet ($1,500). For award sponsorships available, see "Awards" in "2000 Antler Competition Policy."
