Filet Mignon of Elk

Ingredients:
2 lbs. elk tenderloin steaks
1 lb. bacon
1/2 cup teriyaki
Toothpicks
Instructions:
In a glass baking dish marinate steaks in teriyaki. Wrap each individual steak in a slice of bacon and hold bacon in place with a toothpick. Continue to do this to all of the steaks and marinate let them marinate. Grill or cook in the oven on LOW heat for approximately 1 hr. Cooking them slow locks in the flavor and juices. For maximum enjoyment serve with Vidalia Onion Barbeque Sauce.
