Oriental Meat Marinade

Ingredients:
    1/4 cup dry sherry
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 minced garlic clove
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients. Place meat and marinade in plastic bag or container, cover and refrigerate. For best results marinate elk meat for 24 hrs, turning meat occasionally.
