Elk Jerky

Ingredients:
    1 1/2 lbs. ground elk
    1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning (optional)
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together. Place between two sheets of wax paper and roll out to 1/8 inch. Cut in strips 2x4 inches. Place on baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in oven at 150 degrees for 8-12 hrs.
