Elk Sausage Gravy

Ingredients:
    1/2 lb. Elk sausage
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 cup warm water
    2 cups milk
Instructions:

Brown elk sausage in skillet. Reduce heat to low. Add flour in warm tap water and pour in skillet. Add milk. Increase heat to medium. Stir until gravy thickens. If too thick, add a little milk to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
