Elk Pot Roast

Ingredients:
    2-4 lb. Elk Roast
    1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 cup water
    Fresh Vegetables
    3 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:

Heat oil in skillet and brown roast. Put roast in crock pot on low. Add onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and water. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Add your choice of sliced veggies. Suggestions: mushrooms, onions, potatoes or carrots.
